| 1) PRICE INCLUDES:
Everything specified in each package description and: bed linen, towels and kitchen, consumption of gas, electricity, water and final cleaning, swimming pool (open from the half of may until the half of september), deckchairs and beach umbrella, garden furniture, barbecue, playground, parking and V.A.T.
2) DISCOUNT:
Discounts are given to children from 2 to 8. Please contact us via mail for an estimate.
3) EXTRA SERVICE ON REQUEST:
Daily Cleaning 15 €/h, towels change 10,00 € per person, bed linen change 7,00 € per person, laundry 5 € per washing, baby cot or extra bed 3 € per day. Extras have to be paid before leaving.
3.1)HEATING:
Heating is on consumption 4,00 €/mc .
4) ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES:
Arrival (check-in) between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and departure (check-out) before 10.00 a.m. In case of early or late arrival/departure, the client is requested to inform the farmhouse. Please return the house key at check-out.
5) HOW TO ASK FOR AVAILABILITY:
Online Packages: go to the session "Book Now" select the apartment you are interested in to ask for availability, specifying your personal data, accommodation type and special wishes. You can check immediatly our availability and book your apartment.
Personalized Packages: go to the session “Contact” and select all details and the services you are looking for. You will be given an estimate within a short time.
6) HOW TO BOOK:
Together with the availability confirmation you will receive a booking confirmation. We will consider your booking valid only after receiving the confirmatory deposit which is 30% of the total amount (extras excluded).
7) CONFIRMATORY DEPOSIT:
The confirmatory deposit can be sent to the farmhouse by bank transfer or by credit card. In case of bank transfer a copy of the completed transaction is needed within the expiration date of the given option.
8) BALANCE:
The balance must be paid at arrival.
9) DEPOSIT:
On arrival, the guest is requested to pay a security deposit in cash 150,00 € as a guarantee and possible repayment of damages and/or additional expenditures. The deposit will be returned at departure after the condition of the apartment are assessed.
10) CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation the guest is requested to contact the farmhosue via fax or e-mail immediately. In the schedule below you can find the percentage related to the entire amount which will be retained depending on the number of days preceding your arrival date.

11) ACCOMMODATION:
Accommodation in apartments: all with an independent entrance,, 2-3 room apartments, fully equipped kitchen and living room, 1 to 2 bedrooms, 1 to 2 bathrooms. Apartments are furnished with all comforts.
12) ANIMALS:
Only small-size animals are allowed, extra 3 € per day. Please contact the farmhouse.
13) EVENTS:
Possibility to book visit, tour, horse and mountain bike directly from our reception.
14) NOTES:
On arrival the client will receive the apartment in good condition and at the departure he will redelivery it in the same status.
Upon departing the kitchen and the dishes will be clean and tidy
otherwise must be paid the sum of Euro 50,00. It is requested that the client will behave respectfully towards other guests. If the behaviour of the client is not in line with good manners, the owner has the right to end the contract.
The reservation is valid for those persons mentioned at the time of booking and the number of beds available in the apartment cannot be exceeded.
